I need to find a person to create a robot that can take all the creative jobs posted

I am looking for a person that can build me a robot that can automatically add creative jobs on my website job board. These jobs will be found from from various sources, like other job boards and recruiters when they add them. Then we can display them and change the call to action to apply to our backend database. The adverts will need to be re written on the fly in a re writer, some of the content removed.. then added to our website for people to apply. I am looking at building the biggest creative jobs website... Anyone interested in speaking more and helping me? this will also be posted to a facebook group page also...
