I need to customise shopify collections page

General information for the website: A shopify online store
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: The change that needs to be made is at collection page, specifically the /collections/all page

I would like to add a "heading" to separate each collection. for example:


product product product
product product product


product product product
product product product


product product product
product product product

... and so on.

I've attached two files:
1. "current" - is what the shop currently looks like
2. "sample" - is how I want it to be to show collection headings.

Supplement:
1. Please do not break the sorting options as they needs to be working as well. I've added an attachment "shorting" showing the current supported sorting.

2. Delivery date is on or before 12 Aug (Saturday).
