I need to create a website

I need a web developer who can help me build me a website which is similar to the functionality of super6.skysports.com.

Essentially - we have 10 premier league games a week,
The customer will have to predict the score and will receive points based off whether they get a correct score 25 points, correct result 10 points, and correct Home/Away Goals (5 points each),
The customer will pay an entry fee (determined by me),
The winner is the one one that gets the highest points and wins a prize.
The prize will be based on either a set number determined by me, or a percentage of the total entries, (i.e. 90% of the total entries)
As each game progresses, the results need to be updated and the user will be able to see in their own account space and also see the leader board for all users (i..e a list from top to bottom) on how they are progressing with other users.

Additionally,

The user will be able to create sub groups with their friends, so they can play in a smaller group amongst each other - they will be able to determine the fee payable to the prize fund (and the prize fund will be determined by a percentage of the total pot (i.e. 85% of funds).
