I need to change my Wordpress blog URLS from a date format t

I need to change my Wordpress blog URLS from a date format to a keyword format with an automatic redirect.

Basically currently the blog URL address is set up as https://www.trevien.net/2021/01/06/digital-transformation/

and I would like it to be https://www.trevien.net/digital-transformation/ or at least https://www.trevien.net/marketing/digital-transformation/ if it needs to include the category.

I don't want 404 errors so I need them to be redirected.
