I need the world's simplest website developing

I have all of the content. The site is extremely simple - 6 pages, just body text set out in an elegant but standard templated style. I'll provide all the graphics (one or two photographs and a logo). There will be one contact form - completely standard, capture contact details and send to an email. I'd like one email address. I'd like help to get it hosted (not yet decided which to use) and setting up the email.
