I need Squarespace help!

General information for the website: We do location-based advertising.
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 8 to 10
Description of every page/module: We would like to optimise the look and feel of each page that we have, and this might possibly include changing the theme. The titles of each page will not be changed, as that is what we need.
Description of requirements/features: For this first stage, we would like to include a Call To Action button on the home page, and have leadboxes integrated into our website. The leadboxes will encourage visitors to either sign up for our newsletter or download a relevant study in PDF format. The estimated date of completion we are looking at is Wed, 18 Nov 2015.
CMS and Admin requirements: We are currently using Squarespace and will need help in this.
