I need someone who can build a website for charity

General information for the website: A speed dating website. It will have a landing page with general information about the events, a page to book on to events and a page connected to PayPal to take payment and confirm reservations.
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 7ish
Description of every page/module: Page 1/landing page - photos of happy people socialising, an overview of the site explaining that it is for speed dating and that all profits are going to the "princes trust" charity. Also a short blurb about the 4 different demographics/events (25-35, over 40's, gay, lesbian) that are being held and the dates of them.

Page 2/3/4/5 - each demographic (25-35, over 40, gay,lesbian) will be able to click onto their own page dedicated to their event. It will have times and dates and other information needed. These pages will have an option to click through to book onto an event.

Page 6 - booking details page. People can enter basic information, name, age etc and a secure connection to pay for the place via PayPal

Page 7 - once the payment has been confirmed this will be a booking confirmation page. A standard "thank you for requesting a space on _____(event name) _____(date of event) we look forward to seeing you"
Description of requirements/features: Not sure what to write in here??? I don't know what extra features I would need???? but happy to answer any questions
Extra notes: As this site is for charity I was hoping to maybe get this site designed for free?? Not sure how realistic that is or even how much work is involved in creating a web site. Happy to negotiate on payment if it can't be done for free but we do have a limited budget
