Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: At the minute my website does not give the ability for my customers to leave feedback on my products. I have asked the current website designers Bonline to do this form me and apparently its not some thing they do!!
Need it doing ASAP, may be with a star rated system that drops down into more detailed feedback once clicked upon?
Currently do not have the functionality for my customers to open an account..(save address and email etc) again something Bonline does not do?! Maybe we could discuss this too at a later date.
I am not very tech savy to respond to technical questions. I can log into my website thats about all I know.
