I need my Wordpress site fixed

Our website is a Google Cloud click-to-deploy Wordpress site. We changed the domain from www.cbbqa.org to www.cbbqa.com (cbbqa.org is currently mapped to our OLD website so we can archive content).

The site at cbbqa.com is working, however something is not right. When trying to update plugins I get a error screen that says "There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions." I do not know if there are additional errors other than the one detailed below.

We can access the back-end (server) including the Google Cloud VM instance/SSH. We are not technically skilled enough to fix this. If you are able to assist, there is follow-on work available as we need our old forums archived and added to our new site.
