I need my website to be able to create instant quotes

Good morning I am looking for a new page on my website that will provide quotes to potential customers. This would be similar to how insurance companies show prices once information has been put in.

The page would need to fit with the rest of the website, which is www.sqkaccountancy.co.uk. The quote tool itself would need to provide a price based on the company type, turnover, state of records and if the company is VAT registered. I will provide the formula the tool would use. I would need for the tool to also collect the name and email of the person looking for a quote.

Last thing I need it to do is to be able to for people to purchase the accountancy package via bank transfer, paypal or pay on presentation of the draft accounts as options. I do have woocommerce on the website that I think should be useful for this. Although please correct me if I am wrong?

There is no fixed time limit or fee on this project, as I am looking for a combination of value and skills.
