I need help with hosting my video on my homepage

I want to be able to play a video instantly when a user arrives on my homepage. The wordpress website and Video are all created, we simply need the following criteria

- video must play immediately when user arrives on homepage
- video must work across mobile screen, tablet and desktop
- video must NOT show any youtube or similar overlays such as 'watch later', avatar etc
