I need help to change the website ambitmagazine.co.uk

Hello, our website www.ambitmagazine.co.uk was built by a friend on Craft CMS. He no longer wishes to work on the website but there are 4 things which we need changed. I have the FTP details which I can share when I have found a suitable developer. These are the items which need changing:

1. The 'archive' page only displays 100 entries. Increase the number so that all 235 issues can be shown. http://www.ambitmagazine.co.uk/issues

2. On the homepage the 'Recent issues' and 'archive' only display a few issues. Increase the number so that more are seen when scrolling to the right: http://www.ambitmagazine.co.uk/

3. Under 'Reviews' allow there to be images which can be uploaded. e.g. http://ambitmagazine.co.uk/reviews/evy-jokhovas-weighed-down-by-stones-at-lily-brooke-london

4. After browsing for 20 seconds on the site have a pop up 'sign up to our mailing list' box. https://confirmsubscription.com/h/r/E95723FDFE882B56

Please let me know if you think you can do these 4 things and how long it might take.
