I need customisation on a wordpress script

it's a freelance marketplace similar to peopleperhour, but I want features from the script removing and some features added to it.

- Remove the option for accounts based on 2 user roles. There will be
only one role and one user can do both ie buy services and create projects and
also can bid.

- Remove the account upgrade plans (employer/freelancer packages).

- The sidebar needs removing and all the options in the sidebar need to be in the
dropdown menu when user clicks on their profile name top right similar to
peopleperhour.

- Needs a workstream in projects/services/tasks similar to PPH

- Add physical tasks that have similar functionality to projects but they are physical tasks so map is needed with pins


These can be explained in more detail but this is the gist of it.
