I need changes to a Wordpress theme

I need some changes making to a Java Theme

- when using the search menu, whatever category is selected can only the corresponding locations appear (and vice versa)
- Main header image that doesnt show at bottom of page
- search button seems to be different size to rest of search menu
- Popular categories section - how to link to 'search results page'?
- Ability to have text overlay on main header image
- can the different sections be moved up and down to order as liked or are they set?
- where to edit the 'featured football supplier' boxes?
- add a newsletter subscription section on every page
- can the text overview be removed from the featured suppliers?

- doesnt seem to be working at present so i cant see how it currently looks

- ability to order results?
- ability to highlight a featured listing (a check box is possible on the listing but unsure what this achieves on results page)?
- add a map/list button and ability to toggle between both
- add keyword to search bar (can keywords be added to a listing so they appear on a search?)
- search results appear as tiles as per whatsapp image (category, name and location shown)
- how to differentiate between a free listing and a paid listing?
- show star rating if possible?

- users to have ability to review/give a star rating for a listing
- how to differentiate between free/paid listing ie. remove certain details
