I need an online register creating that links to payments of my website.

General information for the website: registers
Description of every page/module: I teach music and have students pay through the website for their lessons.

I am now employing other tutors to teach music for me. I need a webpage where tutors can go on and tick off if a student has come to their lesson. this needs to be accessible by me so I can see how many lessons a student has left.

Lessons will be paid for in bulk and when they have had all their lessons I will send a text saying you need to repay
