I need an existing website amended/edited and maintained afterwards

I currently own the above website and am not happy with the current company that built and maintains it. I need it editing and rebranded and hosted on a new server. It has a back office cms which will also need some amendments.

I have all of the source files on backup.

I require the following work completing within 10 days.

Amendment of the name and telephone numbers on all pages
Amending the address page & map
Removal of product links on front page
numerous other minor amendments will also be required but will need to be discussed

Please do not attempt to use the contact numbers on the website as I am not based in that office at present.
