I need additional features developing for my SAAS

I purchased a e-commerce builder saas on the framework lavarel with PHP etc. I have made a fair few modifications but need some more.

The main feature I need developing for now is an 'plugin' area.

User can select to activate available plugins which will then be visible on their store.

For example if a user activates 'tawk.to plugin' they can insert token and will appear on their store.

Each plugin will be uploaded from admin section.

I hope this explains what I'm trying to achieve if you need anymore information let me know.

This is the first part of project there is a lot of ongoing work for someone with the right price.

UPDATE: (better explantion)

The main part is getting that section developed, similar to WordPress plugins section.

User (store owners) can:
- search for plugins.
- activate or deactivate plugins.
- insert required details once installed (via settings in a lightbox)

Plugins will be stored in a folder within the main websites files and admins have option to upload/edit plugins from admin dashboard.

Each plugin folder will contain a file with description, screenshot and about info that will be displayed. Will also contain the main plugin file with sections that can be edited. (Example below will explain)

Ideas for starter plugins:

- tawk.to : (simple javascript in file modified)
Once installed user can click settings of that plugin and insert key required to connect. They will also have the option if the chat icon is to appear left or right of their store.

- vupe fulfillment plugin
--When activated, user will edit settings and have an additional Fulfillment Product ID under edit products section.
-- when a customer purchases a product from their store if any of the products are enabled for fulfilment them items will be send to admin account under a fulfilment section. We can then set status as pending, shipped etc
-- product quantity in stock to be shown to store owners and admin.

Additional plugins for future

- Extra product options
-- image, colour swatches
-- image upload

- bulk discounts
Options for:
-- discounts based on quantity
-- discounts based on cart quantity

- product designer integration (will purchase this)
-- store owner enables product designer on each product, can then upload blank product for the canvas.
-- product designer will replace main product image on product page.
-- uploaded/created design will be submitted with order and available to download by store owners.

- ukprint.co integration via woocommerce
-- on checkout order is sent to our woocommerce website backend or via email.
-- Payment is taken from users woocommerce dropshipping account balance
- included image attachment available to us
- invoice (including their store logo) and postage details imported with order.
- order status update also updates via vupe

Database is mysql

I will go ahead and develop how I want it to look you can then move forward onto making it function.
