I need a wordpress based website creation and hosting

General information for the website: Personal website with blog and portfolio sections
Num. of web pages/modules: 5
Description of every page/module: I need 5 pages:
Home, About, Work, Blog and contact.

I do not need any images. I need someone with understanding of colour and typography. Most of the sections, I only need you to create a layout, I will fill the content.
Description of requirements/features: Home: Splash page with three horizontal screens, text only. | Links to other pages and social media feed

About: CV [I only need a certain layout rest I will populated]

Work: Portfolio 3x3 Grid with some hover animations

Blog: Tabs: Recent, Popular, Quotes, Curated | 3x3 grid | I need different post types i.e. article, quote, video and picture [imagine tumblr]
Extra notes: My preference is Elegant themes' Divi 3.0 theme builder.
