I need a website with 12 pages. It needs a flash animation on the front page.

I'm trying to produce a flash animation for the home page of a website I need to produce. I need to take a flash animation and give it to the website developer.
Can you do this?
I need you to create an image of a schoolgirl lying on the floor. She is initially in black and white.
A character comes into the picture from the side. He is a school teacher. He waves a wand and the picture of the girl gradually fills with colour.
The colour rises through her and then thought bubbles rise above her head all different colours and burst as they rise up. New ones rise and burst. The bubbles have numbers in them. At the end of the animation the last 5 bubbles become bigger and rest at the top to become the main links for the 5 product pages.
Can you produce this? Can you confirm the price? How long will it take? I have images of sketches.
