I need a website made

I need a website developer to take my design to a working website. I have all the images and copy already done for the website. I also have a pdf of the design I would like. I would like the hero image on home page to be a carousel. I have more testimonials that I can provide and would like to be able to click through them all on the website. It has 4 main pages and then will have another for projects that I can duplicate and be able to add to in the future. I have attached the pdf design. Thank you!
