    Do you also not want any login system similar like your reference website? - Yes, but only for Customer not for service provider and need very short registration page.
    Additional feature if you want:-User can search near by service center? - Yes, I would like to use GeoIP Automatic Location detection plugin.
    Do you preferred to build your website in CORE PHP or WORDPRESS? - I would prefer wordpress because it will be chaper and will not cost so much
    Can user pay bill online on your website? - Yes, please advise on this, Paypal is in my mind. what you say.
