Description of requirements/features: For computercabbage.com:
I need the entire layout to be more responsive -- especially at lower resolutions. I want to change the page around, I have a picture that I have made which is basically the end goal for my website. Picture will be attached: "Goal for CC".

For skillcoupon.com:
I have several little things I want to change, like the gaps between certain text parts, I want to add a nice high-res responsive image in the header w/ text, re-make the logo(that won't be your responsibility), and some other random things.
