I need a Web App Developer

I would like to build a web application that would ultimately be a project management tool. I have in mind exactly what I would want to be on there but have no idea where to start!

Once the app is live I would like to then advertise the app to other users and they could pay a monthly fee to use.

I would like to eventually be able to manage and run the app once it is setup so would like someone that can show me around how it all works once they have set it up.

I would prefer hourly fees rather than a fixed cost as I am on a small budget and the work will be completed in stages. Because of this, I am ideally looking for applicants outside the UK.


Please let me know in your proposal what you think would be the best way to get this setup and what software you would use. As this is all new to me, I would also like to hear any advice on rules and regulations I would need to abide by in order to run this app.

I would like someone with experience in web app development and any experience in building apps for project management is a bonus!
