I need a theme customised and content added

I'm using the avada theme to recreate a new site in wordpress using the majority of content from the current site. The theme is heavily customisable.

I would like to achieve a result similar or better than this using the new theme: http://www.wardpropertyinvestments.co.uk/

Some work has been done but is incomplete - I can provide those files if required or you might prefer to start customising the theme and content from scratch. Here are the links showing work done so far, so it'll be at the discretion of the freelance but backup files available on request as well as theme files and wordpress database.
