I need a static HTML website built. It will serve static content (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and image files). Though all/some will not be needed depending on how you design the website.
JS frameworks cannot be used because the app will be hosted via Azure Storage(to keep hosting cost down.
The app can be designed to your choosing for the most part but will need to look modern.
There are some more requirements but if you think you can do this please message me.
The app would be along the lines of a single page with a company logo with the business being that we buy houses for cash.
