I need a short 5 page website completeted (already 40% done by another developer)

General information for the website: we are a startup bar company
Num. of web pages/modules: 5
Description of every page/module: we have had a graphic designer who has already created the website on illustrator, she has provided all necessary files, graphics, photos ready to insert & we have template already half done..

we'll send you the illustrator file once you make contact..
Description of requirements/features: see illustrator file for perfect example of how we want completed, we have a word file too containing a step by step of we want it doing :)

we want a good looking site & we don't mind extra budget if the quality reflects a grade A* website

Extra notes: we need an email subscription bar entering at bottom of site, graphic designer accidentally left it off, (i think the template already has one, the colour just needs changing & bar size changing a little)
