I need a Shopify specialist to make changes to my site.

I need the following done to my Shopify website. Only people familiar with Shopify should apply.

1. Add contact form on contact page
2. Add payment logos to footer
3. Add popup sign up with image
4. Set up automated email with code when users sign up
5. Create 2 further categories WOMENS, HEADERWEAR - ensure they are set up correctly
6. Tidy up backend pages and ensure links are working correctly
7. Set blog page to display blog post in a grid of 3 post
8. Homepage collection 3 boxes to display optional image via upload
9. Change button colours
10. Remove tax calculation text from product page
11. Add divider line on product page
12. Add social media share links to product page
13. headings on page to be central postion
14. Headings on category page to be central
15. Adjust text sizes on newsletter area
16. Position 3 boxes on page to be central
17. Header to be smaller and transparent when landing on page. when scrolling to stick and be white
18 Adjust padding on some some areas of website
