Description of every page/module: I run a classified site which has a customised cms. designed and coded by me.

I am looking to make money out of the fast growing site. I want to add a payment payment gateway and I need to start making money fast.Users post banners, profiles and stories.

I want to have a referral system that enables members to earn advertising points and also get points by number of votes and views, and when users they referred pay for ads etc.

Money is charged for home page banners and ads and also to post ads in multiple locations and top page ads.

I will like the cost to be spread out in stages eg design, coding and coding.
