I need a reliable developer (preferably work from home person) to work with me

I am not looking to work with a big company here - looking to develop a working relation with an individual developer who can advise and guide me on various web development projects. Essential skills include:
- Web Development (Wordpress)
- LMS
- Good understanding of website design/ layout etc.

You could be working from home/ have this gig as a second job or maybe are taking a break from mainstream work. Looking for a longer term relation at attractive hourly rate and flexible working.
