Any new update for us ?

    Hi Shaffick,

For the English and French versions, would you prefer users to enter property descriptions in both languages themselves, or should the website support automatic translation that users can review and edit?

    Happy to discuss.

✅ Which country or regions will the website cover, and which currencies should property prices support?
✅ Should listings be free for all users, or will you need paid listings or subscription plans?
✅ Would you like properties to publish immediately, or should every listing require admin approval before appearing publicly?

A few questions to clarify the functionality:

    1. Will the platform support individual property owners, agents, and real estate agencies with different account permissions?

    2. Which property details and filters are essential, such as bedrooms, bathrooms, property type, city, price range, amenities, and map-based location search?

    3. Should interested buyers contact sellers directly through enquiry forms, internal messaging, or WhatsApp?

    4. Will listings be free, or do you plan to introduce paid advertisements, featured listings, or agent subscription packages?

    5. Should users manually provide English and French descriptions, or would you prefer automated translation with an option to edit the content?

    1. Do you have a preferred technology stack or CMS for the bilingual English–French property listing website, or are you open to recommendations?

    2. Would you like users to create accounts for free, or do you plan to introduce paid listing packages or subscriptions in the future?
