I need a proffessional website

General information for the website: I run a facebook page that lists events for 0 - 12 year olds in Yorkshire
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: I am looking for a website that is similar in design to http://www.dayoutwiththekids.co.uk/ but with a Yorkshire theme such as http://www.yorkshire.com/what-to-do/family-fun/outdoor especially the what's on calendar is a great feature that I would like on my site. I would also like to make it a member site for people that run attractions activities and events like this http://industry.yorkshire.com/membership-scheme/benefits-and-fees/fees
