I need a professional wordpress HTML theme sliced and integrated

General information for the website: web development company
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 4
Description of requirements/features: I must be able to manage content from wordpress.
Extra notes: Here i am listing all work terms and conditions.

For slicing this is my reference site

1. There are total 4 pages which need to be sliced, all psd will be provided.

2. Pages will be responsive, working in all major browser including IE-9, IE-10 firefox, chrome, safari latest versions

3. HTML will be done in bootstrap 3.0 framework

4. on all pages header parallex effect will be used, on home page there are 5 images of each section where parallex effect will be used, see reference site

5. landing page slider must be same as we have in reference site

6. for portfolio page, clicking on portfolio will display information in popup window and that html need to be done, i have its design available
