I need a professional website designed for a start up company.

General information for the website: We sell connect art enthusiasts with limit budgets with art experts to provide them with advice
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: We don't really have a website planned yet so we would like to work with you together to do it from scratch. Ill therefore first explain our business idea:

We have identified an unserved market of art lovers and enthusiasts who are interested in buying and collecting Art in the price range from 500 USD - 20000 USD. However at this very low price point, no expert advice is available. Professional art advisers usually only work with professional collectors who usually buy art upward of 100'000 USD. However, there is a large crowd of very knowledgeable art experts who live on miserable low wages right now working very shitty jobs in gallaries or museums and have no way of monetinzing their knowledge. Our idea is to change this. Our webplatfrom should connect these two groups with eachother. Art lovers can get advice on questions such as:

- How to I start collecting
- Is young artist xyz a good investment
- Is buying art piece xyz a smart idea?
- Is this a fair price?
- How do I negotiate in a gallery?

Basically the goal is to provide guidance along the full chain of questions some1 who buys art has. Our website should be called Collectors Club. The website somehow will be similar to peopleperhour in its design, or even more similar to hourlynerd.com. Please check out both websites.

We are art lovers and business minded people, but we have no background in webdesign, so we will need someone for this task who works actively with us together.

Here is what pages I envision so far. To get started, I think a pretty obvious copycat of hourly nerd will be fine.

Start page with our slogan: "Find an art expert to provide customized advice - at your terms"

I like the three button on top from hourlynerd.com please copy them as well.

We definately need an interface that allows to sign up as art lover or as art expert. Furthermore we need to option (just as for peopleperhour) to post a project as an art lover and to bid for it as an art expert. They also need to be able to communicate.

Please design as much as you can of the rolemodels of peopleperhour.com and hourlynerd.com and let me know when you need my inputs, e.g. texts etc. I will be working on it today and tomorrow together with my team.
Description of requirements/features: I need advice here, I don't know exactly what these are.
We definitely need a payment feature in it, similarly to the one used by peopleperhour maybe. Would it also be possible to collect sign up fees from art experts? So if you want to join as an art expert you need to pay, e.g. 10 USD per job?
