I need a professional website designed and created for a new started estate agency.

I need a professional website designed and developed for a newly started estate agency. A website which can be viewed on any platform for example PC, Tablet, Smart Phones iOS and Android platforms. A website which have pictures and text content which can be added or removed at my will and with ease. Although we are a new company which involves sales and lettings/renting of property In South London there will be lots of content going on and taken off the website constantly by me. I should be able to achieve this with ease and not a website which will be time consuming to constantly updated.
Also I require the maintenance of the website with new updates of Chrome or Bing, for the website to be running smoothly and self contained. I'm inexperienced so therfore do not want to spend my time and money later on in the future fixing any problems that may happen.
My time frame is 7 to 10 days.
Website needs to look similar but not the same to www.foxtons.co.uk or www.zoopla.co.uk
