I need a professional website designed

General information for the website: Sales
Description of requirements/features: Hi
I am looking for an exceptionally talented IT GENIUS who can design a website for me. The website will be for people who wish to sell clutter (used items/items they no longer want). There will be the following typical features:
- selling
- buying
- about us
- area to register/login

However, these sections need to have further subsections which allow you to make a payment (Paypal only)/be able to respond to the Seller via email (but keep the Seller's email address secret). Further information can be given to the successful candidate.

I need someone who is as passionate about this as I am.

I need to have complete domain rights for the website. I need to also have instructions for being able to access customer emails.

This should be a pretty straightforward task for the selected person. I simply don't have the time to complete this myself.
It will be a very basic layout in terms of the design of the website but I need a creative innovative person on board for this task.

Eventually I will need someone to sort out generating traffic/advertising to the website, so if you also have those skills that would be great.
