Description of requirements/features: It will be a basic website perhaps, but I am looking for someone to put forward design ideas on how to make it stand out. I will also be needing SEO etc, so I am looking for someone competent enough to provide a full package. If you don't have ideas on how to make the site look/features/functionality then please do not send a proposal. I need an experienced designer and developer.
