I need a professional website design

I am starting a small chartered accountancy business and need a website for the business. The business name will be Aquilia Limited. I have not yet purchased a domain or chosen a hosting company so advice in this direction would be appreciated. Then we will need to build a static website to show the services that I can provide and the business sectors I can support. An example of a website that I have seen is https://www.citroenwells.co.uk. However I would like my website to be less 'busy' and a better design than that. Also the website will need to be scaleable as the business and services grows. We can discuss what information to include as part of the tender process. I would like some advice on SEO although doing the SEO content is something I can do. Also I would like to have control over the website so small updates (i.e. telephone numbers) I can do myself. Although this is the first time I have set up a website like this I would expect the work to take about a week although not full time, I think the biggest delay will be getting input from me.
