I need a professional website design

I'm looking for a quote on a redesign of my website. This would be a custom responsive design with a contact form. Nothing flashy but professionally done with 5 pages and a contact form. I want it to be search engine friendly so hopefully I can get some leads and begin interacting with potential clients. I did a one pager playing around a few years back but want it professionally done because I am looking to contract and freelance through my business again.
