I need a professional website creating

General information for the website: we are a design and entertainment agency which makes promoting our stuff a bit tricky. We would therefore just like to push the design aspect of what we do . This will not be an ecommerce site its purely a show case.
Num. of web pages/modules: probably between 20-25
Description of every page/module: we have already done the designs and have the capability in-house to take care of all design work , we just need it putting together on a website. It won't require huge amounts of functionality .
Description of requirements/features: i,m not sure what to put in here. most of what we will be highlighting on our site is existing work and our client list. We may from time to time post a brief and show the work involved to get to the finished piece.
we would like to do regular blogs within the site .
we would like images to expand when the cursor goes over them and to appear large when they are clicked.
CMS and Admin requirements: we would like to be able ad in designs as we produce them . We also want it to integrate with social network sites. we would like for potential customers to be able to contact us again fairly simple stuff. also blog from within the site.
Specific technologies required: not sure
