I need a professional web with a bespoke cms designed

Description: I run a small supplementary school and would like to create a website for this.
As well as having a fresh design front end, i want a cms system included that will help me go from paper based reporting to electronic reporting.

There should be a log in for all staff (teachers and managers), parents/students and admin. SEE ATTACHED to get a brief idea. This attachment is not exhaustive but probably includes all the main ideas.

I am particular about design and also want the functionality to be excellent, to add value to teachers and students alike and importantly to make life easier for everyone.
