I had a existing website www.ry-consulting.biz which stopped working before few weeks. This website was developed using livesite free template. I want to redesign my website with a static code taking all the information from the old site which is stopped.

Description of requirements/features:
(1) The developer has to take all the information from old site (i do have full backup) . The existing site built using livesite which uses php. I can provide you the whole directory structure and it will be your responsiblity to extract the content and use it in new site. I will do my best to help you and guide you the site structure.
(2) Create new static site with above information.

I can provide you html template or you can suggest yours. Let me know the total pricing and timings on this.

Extra notes:
1) Your proposed solution should say what technologies you will be using (html native, wordpress, etc) - any why
2) The solution should be ready is week timeframe
3) The site should be very attractive, and mobile friendly.
4) I prefer native html as it is hard to move the site from one hosting provider to another. If you suggest me using other technologies like wordpress, please advise would i be able to move the site to another hosting provider in future and how?
