I need a professional squarespace website in English and French

General information for the website: Gardening services in Switzerland
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: My husband would like to have his website developed using squarespace in English and French. The main purpose of the website is to provide potential clients who are searching for gardening services locally, an overview of my services and a way to contact me.


His previous site for the last 5 years was hosted on drupal gardens which was recently closed down by the provider. I took screenshots of the pages as well as a copy of the web copy and images.


He will not be hosting any blog page, but will have 4 simple pages in both languages, including:


Home page
Services - which covers two key services I offer
About
Testimonials
Contact page


He would like to have the website finished by the beginning of January 2017. He already owns the domain name www.jurajardin.com


He will provide web copy in both languages, stock images, as well as access to branding assets.
Description of requirements/features: The web designer’s scope includes:


Proposing a suitable squarespace template for the basis of the design
Set up of pages, including a contact form on the Contact page
Set up of two language option
Insert web copy and images
Overall web design
SEO for web search optimisation
1h handover training with email support for the first 3 months
