I need a One page Sales Page Designed and Built

Hi,
I posted this last week, but I'm having to re-post because of the quality of bids. I need a nice 1 page sales page designed and built in Instapage.com.

I need someone to design and build it and to build it in Instapage.com, and to include the payment button (I have the HTML for this). The page will be hosted in instapage. For someone with the right skills, this will take no longer than 2 hours.

I have the text written. I need someone with decent English to put it together. Ideally, I would need the page finished by tomorrow at the latest. If you genuinly don't understand what I need, please ask. Do not ask me questions to start a dialogue and say things like "when can we start." Do not post questions and ask me to add you on Skype. Please do show me examples of your work in your proposal. Please note, I am taking proposals only. Messages to get my attention apart from genuine queries will be ignored.
