Experience Level: Entry
I have a form which we use on 100 sites + however on implementing it onto another site it's broken. It's a registration form that sends data and is a five-step process. Something has broken in the code. and its not styled properly.

Anyone who takes this on needs to know that I do need this completed today but it should be a very quick job.
