I need a competent SEO WordPress developer (smaller sites)

I need an SEO WordPress developer who can work with me to develop a number of small sites

1) Adapt a WordPress theme with content, images, logo etc...
2) Understands all the technical requirements of SEO (e.g. Robots txt, site structure, generating sitemaps, creating pages that are SEO friendly from the start)

Must have / be able to

1) Have an eye for the design aspects and close attention to detail
2) Structured in your approach to project management
3) Demonstrate experience and expertise in WordPress Development and technical SEO
4) Respond rapidly to change requests
5) Speak fluent English

I have a lot of experience myself (especially on SEO), so I can check and review work and I completely understand what good looks like. I am looking for an extra pair of hands to join my growing team of freelance developers to help me with my smaller projects. So, we would trial on this project and see if we are a good fit.

This project is for developing a 5-6 page informational WordPress website with the technical aspects of SEO, based on a theme.
