I need a 15 page website build with CMS

I need a 15 page website built in either text pattern or wordpress CMS to be uploaded to my hosting/server.

Website has one main layout applied to most pages, the only layouts that are different are the 'news' landing page, contact page, and directory (which is 6 boxes for advertisements)

I'd also like a simple holding page put up as soon as possible please.

I'd ideally like this to be done within the next two weeks.

It is important that ALL images & text to be editable from the CMS

If happy web developer will certainly get more work coming their way.. and will definately leave great feedback if happy
