I need a 1 page website built

I need a one page website building. It is a sales page offering 1 product.

I will provide the content. On the page I will need a countdown clock which, after a certain period of time, the viewer cannot buy the product. So when this countdown is over, the page will need to change so that the offer is no longer available.

The page will have a paypal button (I have the code for this) on it for payment. When the payment is complete, a link will need to be displayed so the buyer can download the product.

Thats basically it. budget is £30.
