I'm looking for an Experienced Frontend Developer

IMPORTANT:

TEMPLATE:
We already have the template, and your job will consist of:

1. Structuring the design based on an idea of what we would like to achieve. No backend programming is required at this stage.
3. Our idea will focus on the DEMO3: https://preview.keenthemes.com/metronic/demo3/index.html
4. We will provide you with step-by-step screenshots of what we are looking for.

NO RUSH:
We are not looking for rushers, oftentimes, people in here tried to trick clients by rushing everything so they can get paid for a bad job. We will take all of our time to check your work, and confirm based on the design and screenshots provided to you.

So if that's not what you are looking for, please stay away.

DELAYS:
We will not accept delays, not reasons why work is not done. If you miss to provide us with updates at least 3 days in a row, you will be forced to stop and the project.

HTML
JAVASCRIPT
CSS
MUST BE GOOD WITH RESPONSIVE DESIGNS.
We are not looking for beginners and students. We will require a skype, Google meets with you before we accept your proposal.

This is just the first stage of the project.

First: Frontend
Second: Backend.
