We need some help with a couple of small overflow projects. The first one is a 5 page website which needs developing. It is static content, eg text/images, no additional functionality.
To be built with a custom Wordpress theme only, preferably with the Genesis framework, although open to other lightweight frameworks. HTML/php/css/jquery.
Must be responsive. No page builders, only the built in Gutenberg editor and ACF.
Designs supplied in xd/pdf.

page builders and plugins eat away lots of bandwith so yes it is a good thought, let me know if you need any other custom functionality rolled into it?
