Hypno Switch- personalised hypnotherapy tracks

I am looking for prices for full website development to sell ready to listen to, and personalised, hypnotherapy tracks

I’ve copied/pasted below how I want the whole project to work- with a website and apps.

I THINK I NEED 2 PARTS AS I KNOW THIS WILL BE A LOT OF WORK, SO STARTING WITH THE WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT AND THEN THE APPS IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS.
PLEASE GIVE ME A PRICE FOR WEBSITE AND APPS SEPARATELY AS I WILL WORK WITH THE SAME PERSON FOR THE WHOLE PROJECT, EVEN THOUGH IT WILL PROBABLY BE IN 2 PARTS.

This will be from full wireframe design to going live on google/app store (I have logo, branding colours etc sorted though).

Hypno Switch - Personalized Hypnosis App and Website

I’m wanting to create a multi-platform hypnosis app called "Hypno Switch". It will do 2 key things:
1. Sell my ready made hypnosis tracks someone can just buy and play.
2. Allow users to generate personalized hypnosis tracks. This will be done by answering a few short questions, then pre-recorded sections of audio (4-5 per track) being mixed and layered over a sound track.

For example:
Question 1- (picks the intro)
Do you relax quickly or take a while (if quickly, no deepener needed- if takes a while deepener needed)

Question 2- (picks the deepener if needed)
Which of these would relax you the most?
Then multiple choice to pick one answer- being at a forest, a beach, or under starry skies (pick the introduction- and deepener only if needed- based on which ones I say are tagged as those options)

Question 3- (finds category of suggestions)
What habits do you want to switch up?
List all website categories- weight loss, sleep better, etc

Question 4- (finds exact suggestions track to listen to)
What exactly does that mean to you?
List all product titles in that website category (eg under weight loss could be make healthy food choices, beat sugar cravings, stop chocolate cravings etc)

Question 5-
What music is most relacing to you?
A choice of 3-4 sound tracks, with a few second track preview to listen to
Then it will take these parts of a track, and put them in order over the sound track.

I think the app will be available website only for now due to cost, but soon it will be on Android and iOS, with data syncing across all platforms so must be designed to make this easy.
